Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) is a professional wrestling promotion that was founded rather recently, in 2002. This wrestling promotion was originally a part of the larger National Wrestling Alliance (NWA) but withdrew from the larger organization in 2004. Just as other professional wrestling promotions, the TNA marketed its wrestling matches with a great deal of extreme combat sports related thrashing and theatrical story lines. Unique to the TNA, however, is its use of a hexagonal, rather than a four-sided, ring. It also has a rule not practiced by most of the other professional wrestling promotions or organizations that allows a championship to change hands due to disqualification or count out.

Just like one can easily secure the soundtrack of his or her favorite movie, one can also purchase the soundtrack of TNA wrestling theme songs. TNA wrestling theme songs were released in 2006 as a compilation CD entitled “TNA Wrestling: 3rd Degree Burns—The Music of TNA wrestling, Vol. 1.” This album includes theme and entrance songs of favorite TNA wrestlers as well as the TNA in general. Advertisements for the latest pay per view shows abound, with teasers of storylines and tidbits of previous fights to draw in curious fans of the entertaining sport. The homepage issues news and updates with links to news stories featuring favorite TNA stars, and for those who do not care to read about it, a simple click on the YouTube sponsored window shows “TNA Today Video News” on the right of the screen. Across the top, one may access team statistics on the roster. Also available is the scheduling information, information regarding replays of previous pay per view events and upcoming live events. Multimedia available for download takes up a large portion of the website, too, with free downloads like videos, wallpapers, and photographs of fights and wrestlers.
