The future of sumo wrestling though is something that many people are looking at. health concerns in Asian countries are trying to curb the sumo wrestling circuit which I doubt will ever happen. Sumo wrestling has been around way to long for it to ever end. The only thing I see for sumo wrestlers is alot less weight will be carried on their bodies. In recent years that has been the trend to have small and not so heavy sumo wrestlers do the wrestling. It will be interesting to see if this trend continues or will it change to something else. i guess only time will tell how things work out with that. Sumo wrestling goes back centuries and is something that many families love to watch and even the elite in these countries attend matches. I just can't see it going anywhere anytime soon. These sumo wrestlers are like gods in these countries and that is something that will continue too. Sumo wrestling is here to stay for many more centuries like it or not. It's part of their culture that will never die.
